never hasA New Rooftime did of these in the Cincinnati market, and never once told a consumer before, during or after that caulk removal was includedThis consumer made an appointment and we arrived on time to do the dealHe was not thereHis wife as, but had not been informed we were to arrive to do this workOur technician, ***, explained to er what we were there for, what was included and also offered to come back when her husband was thereHer exact words were, as long as I do not have to be here, go ahead, it is something my husband sso go aheadIf the consumer had been present, we could have explained the process and made sure he was getting what he desired or had *** *** offer him a refundOnce we went ahead with the sealing, we can no longer offer a refund as we only receive a portion of what he paid for the deal through *** ***The deal limited the quantity of windows included, and the height of the windows includedIf this consumer had bothered to call in to discuss this deal and invite is out to look at the project, we could have tried to be of more assistanceThe first time we knew he was unhappy though, was after he went to *** *** to complain and rate our company with an F feedbackWhich is his right and is fine with us, being what it isOn Monday this consumer sent an email saying he desired a refund.
All of this was explained to him in a replyNow he is going this route, which again is wihis rightHowever, we performed the deal, our man did the work, the consumer was NOT told about colors or caulk removal, NO consumers have been from us, *** *** or other service providers.
We cannot offer this consumer a refund for work performed

A tree had fallen and landed on my roof A man came out first thing morning and took pics, and placed tarps over the sky-lights that were busted Not an hour later when the emergency cleaning team was there, they informed me that the tarps had holes in themThere was rain coming in my house again onto my hardwood floor I contacted A New RoofTime and requested they come back immediately, which they didThey were very aggravated that they had to come backThe tarps were re-covered The next day, I had another contractor come out and get on the roof They informed me that the tarps were NOT on the roof correctly, and that water was still leaking in Which IT WAS I called RoofTime AGAIN and told them*** the individual that put the tarps on, accused ANOTHER COMPANY called The *** *** of going onto my roof and "cutting" the tarps he had placed The *** **did NOT go onto my roof that day, it was almost week ago, and I have contacted *** *** to inform them of what they were accused of Also day after *** came out he was calling me telling me I owed him $for his work We ALL know it takes insurance at least week to reimburse *** continued to call and tell me I owed him $500.00, that he knows someone else cut the tarps, & that he was going to put a lien on my house!!!!! REALLY??? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThey are rude, and LIE I will never, EVER recommend them Putting tarps with holes on my house, to accusing another company of cutting the tarps, to threatening me, the home owner that he would place a lien on my house and or take me to court!!!!! They are very, very UNPROFESSIONAL He called me so much and emailed that I had to ask my Insurance to call him and place tell him to STOP harassing me!! The R*** *** called as well

We had two skylights replaced as well as soffetsThey were the lowest quote received and were incredibly flexible with installing themThey had to order custom skylights because the original skylights weren't the standard sizeI waited weeks for the skylights to be cut and they were installed the very next dayI couldn't get off work to be there for installation so they were super flexible and even came to me to pick up the paymentThe new skylights look great as well as our soffetsThey even did some quick gutter tightening too! I highly recommend A New Rooftime for any of your roofing needs

I called many businesses when ice dams were leaking into our homeNew Rooftime was the only company who responded to my urgent callsThey arrived promptly and removed the ice damsThey also were helpful in letting us how to prevent this from happening on our roof in the futureAnnual gutter cleaning will help! We were delighted by the helpful service we received and will definitely call them againI would recommend them to anyone having roofing trouble

Rooftime is the best business I have ever worked with. They installed my roof 8 years ago. They were neat, professional, courteous and did an excellent job. But what stands out the most. I have contacted them for help several times since (unrelated to the roof) -squirrels in the attic, removing a coaxial cable that ran along the gutter of my roof. They have fixed my issues and never taken payment for the work - saying I spent a lot of money with them on my roof. They only asked for positive references. I expect my roof to last 25 years. But I will be calling Rooftime to install it!

GREAT WORK, GREAT SERVICE
Nearly 3 years ago, [redacted] and his crew added insulation, attached bathroom fans, to an outside exhaust, suggested/installed a "tent" for added insulation, and installed a skylight. We have been very satisfied with the work. Recently, a problem arose with water dripping from a bathroom fan. This was not good. I wasn't really sure who's area this was, but decided to call [redacted]. He was out in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The problem was not a result of any thing he had done on installation, but rather some area critters doing damage. While in the attic, he discovered our power attic fan was no longer working--could be why the power company tells us we are not the efficient household type! He offered to bid the power fan job, and charged us $0 for the service call. To me that is service above and beyond what would be expected.
When the original job was done, the crew were polite, professional, and cleaned up when finished.
I highly recommend [redacted] and A New Rooftime.
