A New U Day Spa & Salon

First of all,I had to call the salon twice because I was given incorrect directions to their salon.They had said they were on the East side of Alma School road and not in a plaza, when in actuality, they ARE located on the West side of Alma School and they ARE located in a plaza. I had booked my appointment in 5-10 days in advanced.When I finally found the salon, I was distressed upon arrival because of incompentent people who could not give accurate direction as to where their own salon is located. The owner, the office manager and the stylist all sarcastically apologized for the confusion of directions.I proceeded with my appointment. [redacted] is the one that did my hair,and the owner claims no responsibility of this. If I was so rude,then why did they continue to do my hair to begin with? I have a photo of what I asked to be done.I have photos of how my hair came out. I asked for light blonde streaks with chocolate brown highlights (a partial highlight). Well, my hair came out blue ish gray and I have photos to prove it. I called them and left a message to let them know that I wanted to come in to have it fixed the next business day, or give me a refund. (I had used a give card.)I called around 10am because they never returned my call.They eventually told me that I would get a refund (which I did)and that services would be refused.They refused to fix what they had done to my hair!They told me ONLY the girl that did it,could fix it cuz they rent out booths.But the girl told me that someone else fixing my hair was NOT an option.Not even offered by the owner of the company.So I had to pay out of pocket to go somewhere affordable where I could get my hair fixed.I want this company to be forced to pay for my hair correction! I will never step foot in their door again.If they cant fix their mistakes,regardless of the situation,than they should NOT be in business!I have photos to prove all of this.Not to mention,[redacted] also cant cut straight hair cuz I just found out that I had a thick tail too.
