A+ New & Used Restaurant Equipment

I purchased several pieces of restaurant equipment on 9/7 12 receipt or invoice #[redacted] from Michael Osborne of restaurant equipment liquidators the items were as follows

1 used true 2 door cooler for $900.00 1 new 3 bay ss sink w drain boards was told $595.00 but .teceipt shows 695.00 the 595.00 was changed and clearly shows the overwriting of the 5 to a 6. I gave mr Osborne...in exchange

5 plymouth booths plus an additional one needing a top at time of pick up

24 chairs with padded seats and backs ...4 were in need of cushions

4 oval 36" wait trays ss

4 sets of catering steam tables chaping dishes each ss and a total of 16 pieces

1 traulsen double glass door refrigerator needing a compressor picked up just before we relocated...needed freeon for $50.00 in merchandise credit

the total value was 1015.00...we agreed on $1000.00 for my equipment plus $695.00 cash ..I gave him a personal check on the date of purchase

there was also a fuel charge of $50.00 added in for milage toward deliver...

Mike Osborne cane to pick up the equipment a few days later...no problem...I was told they didn t have the sink in yet it had to be ordered in NYC so they loaded the truck and we fed 4 men he had with him and was told the sink would be in in a week or so and he would call me...I at the time was in no rush...we were being relocated by our land lord in Oct to the new building was being put up by Harraford When a couple weeks went by I spoke to Mr. Osborne...and he said jis guys went to get the sink nd some other things and he weould call me to figure out a deliver date I also reminded him about the refrigerator....he said he need to order parts and gaskets and shelves & standards for it but would be bringing it with the sink... we did make arrangements for deliver and they came...mu son was in the new store when they came he s 43 at the time and accepted the refrigerator without the parts gaskets and necessary sheleves because they parts haden t cone in he was told and the sink need to be exchanged...they gave a 3 bay sink but it had no drain boards and it was not near the quality of the one we were shown in his equipment garage/showroom...so we had no choice we had to have the sink hooked up

to open and had another refrigerator..which nr Osborne was to take abd give me additional store credit at his place of business because we also discussed buying a pizza prep table.... well a month or so later his me drop off another 3 bay sink and we give him back the bar sink but this 3 bay sink is a kitchen sink very poorly manufactured..new but still has no drainborads attches to it..or any drain boards for that matter. My husband and son ask the driver when is Mr Osborne going to fix of replace the true refrigerator that we need to use and he says to give him a call... Call I did..he uses a cell phone he answered several different times when either myself or my son called and the anserwer if we got him was I ll be there next week or this tues..or I been so bust I feel real bad ok this week//promises he never kept

ar rhis point I would like my money refunded and a payment of #1000/00 total $2135.00 in two sepertae payments either cash or certified check so I can buy the proper sink and get a refrigerator we need..... This type of business needs to be stopped they pray on people and keep on cheating and scaming and stitching products amd get away with it....we also tried to buy the part we did buy the gaskets and with installation it cost $242.00 for tht too..also like to get that money too
