There is no violation on our partWe have gone above and beyond to assist this customer with his leaking window which has nothing to do with the window itself, nor the installation of the windowThe issue is likely a roof leak which the customer was informed on on 1/6/As far as maintaining the weep holes on the windows, this is solely the responsibility of the homeowner and is not the responsibility of the window manufacturer ( [redacted] ) nor our company which installed the windows in 2008.We have nothing further to say about this nonsense complaint
