I paid [redacted] a $500 deposit for two replacement windows. [redacted] had one story after another regarding why he could not install the windows. I asked for my money back and he asked for more money to get the windows installed. I did business with [redacted] a few times before and got what I paid for. The last time he actually did some work he talked me out of the quality product I requested, which I am now regretting, and now he has committed fraud. Do your self a favor and use someone else.
