I placed $250.00 to reserve a Remington rifle, pending the FBI background check. Clearance was denied to me and A Nice Pawn refuses to refund the $250. They offered store credit or told me to straighten out my clearance denial with the FBI. I was never informed that my payment would not be refunded to me in cash if my clearance was denied.
