Review: Services for tree removel from this company were paid for in the amount of $890 (ck #[redacted]) on Spet. 9, 2013. Todate I have not gotten my tree removed nor has my money been returned. I have made repeated calls to this [redacted] and he has not done anything but made excuses on why he has not fullfilled his contract with me. And becasue of the time frame and the work has not been done, I want my money back in cash or a cashers check. And now he wont even answer his phone. So I 'm asking for help, I'm ** yrs old and this is stressing me out along with taking my money and not giving it back is wrong.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I DO NOT WHAT ANYTHING ELSE.

I've sent a check twice to this address. The first time it was returned because of a wrong zip code due to your mother [redacted]!!!!!! I've talked witg [redacted] last week on Thursday October 24 2013. I told her the dame as I've wrotten down and said the check will be mailed to the new address per [redacted]. The check is dated October 18. She forgot to tell you I was at froedtert hospital for ten days for an emergency surgery. I have told your mother she would recieve the check monday-wed this week. I could of taken 10% off the check due to cancelation but I didn't. Which in in hindsight I should of. Please before you accuse someone of doing something get the facts straight. Your mother cancelled because I had leg surgery and didn't want to wait 4 more weeks. She will receive a bill in the mail for the 10% or I will cancel the check and send a new one.
