1. NEW A.O.Smith Water heater installed in our home on 04/22/082. Model# [redacted] XX XXX and Serial# L07AXXXXXXX. We were told Water heater has 6 year warrenty4. On Dec 7th water heater started leaking5. We tried to get a hold of someone in A.O.Smith and got to them on Monday morning: Dec 9th.6 Web site clearly shows it is still under Warrenty 'https://warranty.hotwater.com/HeaterInfo/WarrantyVerification/WarrantyVerificat...⇄ But company never got back in time to dealer to provide new UNIT.8. We waited for total 4 days in cold winter in BOSTON but we did not hear from the company9. I ended up paying $1360 and purchased NEW water heater as I have two kids and cannot stay with cold water that long
