this response because:I feel that is an opinion made on no concrete grounds. The bottom line is I was not given all the information. This is not a proposed ideal way of cleaning carpet and one could assume that a reasonable expectation ofhype cleaning method would be used. I have had a mock appiontment made with [redacted] and it wasn't even explained again to that person. In small claims court it is you who would have to prove intent.

We are sorry you've had this trouble. However it is impossible for our cleaning products to cause this damage. We ha e been using the same cleaning products since 1981. Chem Dry is also the worlds largest carpet cleaning company, operating in 51 counties. It has long been proven that our cleaning...
products are safe and will not cause bleaching of any kind. In situations like this in the past, we've found am very the counter spot cleaner like "Oxi Clean" was used. This is what causes the bleaching and not out cleaning products. I am sorry for your troubles but no refund will be provided for this case
