Consumer states that the bookkeeper did reach out to him and confirm the zero'd out balanceA revised invoice has been received from the business

I [redacted] am the owner of A-OK Pools, I do repairs for many other pool companiesIn this case I was contacted by Parker's Pool Service to do a repair for [redacted] , which I did in June I spoke with [redacted] at the time and told him what the repair would be and what it would cost to which he agreedI then did the repair and sent him an invoice, to which he promptly paidI never heard from him again and all was well, until a year and months later when he contacted me to obtain a refundUnknown to me was the fact that Parker's Pool Service also billed him and he paid them as well, so I contacted Parker's Pool Service and found out that they have gone out of businessI have spoken to the owner [redacted] and he is willing to reimburse ***, all he is asking for is a copy of [redacted] cancelled check, since he is out of business and no longer has access to those recordsSo as soon as I/we receive that, Parker's will issue him a reimbursementthank you, [redacted]

I have talked with this customer, there was a miscommunication that has since been settled and customer has paid for servicesSo I would appreciate if this was removed from my records.thank you, [redacted]
