1) Owner changed service date times; first was days out, then needed more days for truck parts, then weeks for truck repairResponse When customer called for service, he said he wasn't in a hurryI told him I would let him know when the truck is available .Oct11, He said he was not in a hurry, to inform him when the truck was back on the road.? I have the text messages and the dates I will post them.Customer made up the whole first paragraphThe truck was in Hallettsville and there were no parts everything was there and accommodatedWe had the truck in a week and a halfI believe it was really just one week.2) Service crew finally arrived a month later and did work but did not leave invoice for workI told the owner I would be checking tank to ensure all septic waste was pumped outI arrived home, opened the tank lid and discovered it was half full because "the crew filled tank half way up"Response We had a job over in Aubrey on a Sunday morning and I texted the customer and let him know that we had another job over in Aubrey...and that we could work his pump out after it was completed...He texted back sure I verified address...He made a few calls and text me He said he would be home after church to pay service guys...confirm check pump out...all was good We had no problems there wasn’t anything out of the ordinary...All was good guys waited and waited and waitedHe didn't answer phoneThe man never showed up so I told the guys to go on.? Let the customer know that the guys would be back through in the next couple of days and that they could slide a card at that time since that was his preference And I let him know that we had other payment options ...he knew he was a previous customerHe didn't want to use any of them he said he preferred to slide a card or pay over the phone with credit card originally he said he wanted to pay with PayPal and then later he said he didn't have a PayPal account...even though he said that was his preference to payThere is never a conversation about him opening up a PayPal account that's something he's made up.Explained we could slide cardWe are not able to take over the phone ok...He said he would be available.? Also let him know he could mail in a check a certified mail check or a cashier's check so he knew that instead of us having to come through or come all the way back which is an hour and a half trip for us one wayHe said he'd be available and he wanted to use his cardI agreed that we would meet up with him.3) Owner changed payment requirements times; at first credit card was ok, then instructed to use her PayPal account, then told me to set up my own PayPal account to pay her and when I said I wouldn't set up my own PayPal account, she said to mail check, then texted and said a cashier's checkResponseMan was making all kinds of excuses why he couldn't pay after asking for serviceBut I did let him know we had many ways that he could pay we didn't have to inconvenience them in any way.May I never kept any of his appointments to meet up to fly to card my man made three trips trying to accommodate him.There was no harassmentThe Man simply didn't want to pay and it came to a point of being very obvious Never once complained about the service he simply didn't want to pay.? The house is up for sale we contacted the real estate agent to see if there was a contract on the houseShe said to me that he was a very difficult man and that she would try to get some information or try to compel him to pay his billWe've been in business 20-plus years and never had this problem before but we believe that this man is the same man who didn't pay his bill several years beforevery very possible that this was the same manThey made every effort to be kind to this man and to do this in a reasonable way but he was refusing and making excuses and absolutely refuse to pay his bill.Explain to him where small company we could not hold balances over for anyone we don't do that for anyone.We can't afford to carry balances.? Very kindly we let him know that if he didn't pay we had no other option that to either call the police and file a report or to file lienWe tried to do it in a nice way we're trying to let him know that we had nothing against him which is needed to collect our payment he ordered service and by law he is supposed to pay for that service but he act like he never intended to.4) Owner harassed me with long texts, telephone calls from multiple numbers, sent threats to call police for paymentOn one afternoon, she had phone numbers calling and texting me simultaneously.ResponseVery interesting how he is turn this whole event into a bad? situation when all he had to do is pay his bill that's all we ask him to do and we made trips an hour and a half drive to accommodate him and he just gave us the the runaroundHonest man is transparent this man was in church he tried to use that as a I guess some kind of Leverage to get extra privilege and we love to go to church ourselves but we would never do what he did.5) Owner harassed my real estate agent calling agent on Sunday morning as she was going to church and threatened a lien on property ( for a bill that was a week old) and any closing would be delayed due to lien.ResponseThe real estate agent told us that he is a very difficult man and assured us she’d do everything she could to help usI've actually have spoken to her before she's a very honest and decent respectable agentI deal with real estate agents almost every day every other day or so we have many that are our clientsShe wasn't on her way to church it was a weekday that I spoke to herShe said she would help us anyway she could.Payment was not made almost a month.? This man has twisted every truth into something devious.6) Owner's crew trespassed on my property, my gravel driveway was damaged from her heavy septic truck as tires left ruts from rainUpon arriving at home that evening, I discovered the truck tire treads on fresh rainThe gate code was immediately deleted by me to prevent any future illegal trespassResponseNo trespassing occurred.There was no damagenone to drive or anything else.There was a small amount of black water put in sludge tank...to start bacteria aerobic film.No one at anytime trespassedHe called and told the guys he'd be available but each and every time he failed to be available.The police were called and I was going to file a theft of servicesThey contacted the customer and gave him an opportunity to payto keep from filing charges against himAsking him to make paymentHe agreed that he would send in a payment by mail and I received it two weeks laterIt wasn't my desire to file any charges, we were just simply asking for a payment and the man was doing everything not to pay.I can't even tell You how disappointing it is for us to have to deal with someone like this but we tried to be kind I have text messages and everything looked great until we needed a paymentWhy would anybody put anyone? through all of this I mean it just seems so frivolous.If he could pay and intended to pay, why did he not just mail it a check and agreed to do something besides chase us around and make things more difficult each and every day.And we honestly felt like we were being harassed we didn't harass this man .we just tried to accommodate himAnd then after we finally get our payment he files these charges on Revdex.com he was going to get even regardless.?
