This firm keeps promising to put my ads in other books or give me larger ad space I will not consider this resolved until I actually see an ad book produced This has been over a year full of promises and excuses I am a small firm and $1,is a lot for me I could have used it in another advertising venue.I am very skeptical that I will see a book at the end of this week, Friday 1/**/2017.

We have already apologized and made a settlement offer to *** *** She is correct that the book's publication is behind schedule and we did once tell her in error that she was in another, completed bookThe releases of the books in which her ads are placed were delayed due to factors beyond our
control-- the sponsoring broker failed to provide the required number of co-advertisers and many of those that were provided were late in sharing their artworkBut we have already proceeded with preparing the books in question, albeit at a loss to ourselvesThe proof for *** ***' ads is being delivered to her by the end of this weekThe books themselves will be published this Spring*** *** will receive the same two years print run as originally promisedAnd, to compensate her for the delay, we are giving *** *** two full-page ads instead of the half pages for which she paidFor these reasons, we are not issuing a refund
