Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I identified myself as someone who came to the website as a customer and decided not to purchase because of the state of the site security as deployed, and who wanted to report to the business the reason I did not make a purchaseI was polite and gave my name and yet the business's person hung up on me, after speaking in a hostile manner to meAfter the first call I suspected the person may have thought the call a prank or a solicitation, so when I called back I said right away I was not selling anything but reporting a problem with the websiteThe person hung up on me again after telling me I was wrong. The site's security is not deployed in manner that protects customer informationAs I tried to state to the person who answered the phone, the cipher suite the business is using is broken, meaning that even if the connection looks encrypted, the encryption is brokenAt no time did I try to "solicit" the business in any way, and stated as such to the person when I identified myself.Sincerely, [redacted]

The whole website is Encrypted & safeThe lady in question called & was behaving in a a way that was aggressive & sounded like solicitation call as if she wanted to provide technical support so the conversation was cut short for her lack of better communication

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response (for now) because:I contacted this business out of civic duty, was treated with high-handed disregard, and only now when an official complaint has been made does the owner appear to want to listen. The owner's statement that "there was no disrespect meant" is inconsistent with the business's direct and repeated actions. To the owner: Your website security is still inadequate and thus customer information is either already compromised or soon will be. Even if you are sorry you acted very badly, it still appears the only way to get through to you is to complain to the Revdex.com. Because you have attempted, finally, to apologize, below you will find just a few of the problems noted:The cipher suite you're using is:   [redacted]  but should be:  [redacted]Your server key exchange is:[redacted]  but should be:  [redacted]Your server authentication is:  [redacted]  but should be:  [redacted]Your bulk cipher is:  [redacted]  but should be:  [redacted]Your HMAC is:   [redacted](TOO WEAK FOR ECOMMERCE)  but should be:  [redacted]Your SSL/TLS version is:  TLS v1.0 (BROKEN)  but should be:  TLS v.1.2Your certificate key is:  [redacted]  but should be:  [redacted]AND your server has no post-transaction forward secrecy. If you do not understand what any of this means, you need to hire someone to fix the problem for you. You need to take all online transactions offline, completely, until the problem is resolved, as that is the responsible and ethical thing to do. Otherwise, you continue to put customer information at risk.Perhaps you thought a female could not possibly know what they were talking about? The next time someone calls you to report a problem with your website, will you hang up on them too? Or will you listen? If your apology is indeed sincere because you realize you have misjudged the situation, and acted in a very rude and non-businesslike manner, then it is accepted to the extent and at such time as you actually fix your website and stop putting people's private data at risk.

Hi,        I have read your response & I would like to apologize to you for not understanding your concern as real. I just want to emphasize that there was no disrespect meant in doing (unknowingly) so as we get just too many solicitation calls that start off like that & lead to them trying to sell SEO, Website design, technical support & similar services. That said, I would like to correct this situation. I can call you or you can choose to call us & start fresh to address your concern. Please let me know what works for you.
