I was never offered a full refund as the business states, I have visited the store for a potential replacement but as of October 31, 2016, I still have no television. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as I get a working television comparable to the television that the company has yet to repair
