7/26/2016.I remember there was a problem right when they called us with in days.I sent my son William S[redacted] to fix it.I believe at that time after he initially fixed it that it was done correctly.I do not remember any more calls after that.  I gathered that they were satisfied with repairs.I started getting calls from [redacted] again in the beginning of this year January 24, 2017 and I had just got back from our winter break.  I didn't get back to [redacted] till he called me again on February 13, 2017.  Shortly after he made a second phone call to us.I Quickly called him back to see what was the matter with the driveway at this point.He proceeded to tell me his wife Barbara Delaney was not satisfied with the driveway initially  when we paved it and still after we had made the timely repairs.I told him we would gladly repair it again this time and that I would send out my husband to  review and go over the situation. He did not want any part of it.  I asked if he can give us just 1 more chance to see that we can fix it to his liking and come to an agreement. He kept stating his wife was unhappy and thats it  he does not want us to repair it.He also stated that we had 3 strikes and we were out.I have never ran into a situation like this.We would still like to repair it if he would let us.ThanksMarianna S[redacted]PARTNERA-ONE ASPHALT PAVING, LLC.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: the driveway was not done right,We had someone redo the driveway the right way they took everything out and put in stone then new driveway .so at this time I would like my money back for a driveway that was not done right and made 2 times to fix it and still was not right.

Review: Contracted for resurfacing asphalt driveway and widen 6 inches on both sides. A-One came on Friday to resurface but did not widen it. Came back Monday to widen it. The driveway now has seams on both sides and ugly white marks on the seams. Spoke to A-One and at first was told A-One will make it right however A-One has not come back and will not return any phone calls Paid $2,200. The contractor was rude and verbally abusive to my wife.Desired Settlement: I don't want this contractor back on my property because of his obnoxious behavior and his sexually abusive comments. I perfer a cash back settlement in the amount to correct the poor quality workmanship.
