The only positive experience since building my home at The Villas of Sunnybrook is the location....The workmanship and quality control is extremely poor, from having inexperienced drywall installers, and a supervisor who would allow a clearly poor tape job and visible bulging to go uncorrected, to the spackle on every window installed, to the inferior paint job throughoutUnfortunately I had no time to act as a site inspector and should not have had toWhen I complained about the obvious bulging in the ceiling throughout the house, they sent someone to correct it, and when they were finished, there was no changeBecause the only way to correct it, would have been to remove the drywall and start over, and that was too costly a jobForget about customer satisfactionIn order to fix the poor ceiling installation, I would have to re-drywall or be creative and install ceiling tiles or texture My recommendation, is have an inspection before closing, or be very viligant through every stage of the build to ensure quality workmanship, or better yet, go with a quality builder Very unhappy
