I am rejecting this response because: When your representative came out for the quote, I told him the only thing I wanted at this time was the cosmetic repairHe was trying to upsell me into something I couldn't afford nor did I wantI told him to go ahead and quote all of the items, but my interest was only for the cosmetic work and it would be into before I could do itAfter they re-quoted the job and raised the price I signed off on the work order for just the cosmetic work only at the higher priceAt this time, Natural Design ignored my e-mails and phone calls and I haven't heard back from them sinceThis is not the way I want to be treated as a customer, so I'll take my business elsewhereThe stupid thing is, eventually I'll get to a point where I'll have the other work completedHowever, I won't be with Natural Design Pools

Natural Design can suggest that if Mr. [redacted] is looking to undertake this refurbish project on his own and would like materials information, he can locate a supplier such as [redacted] to obtain some 30 mesh sand and Aquarium gravel for the joints.
