A-One Sprinkler & Landscape Design

A1 Sprinklers planted 5 trees in my backyard on [redacted]. 2 of the 5 trees have failed to thrive. I sent an email with pictures on [redacted] notifying the company that the trees did not appear to be thriving. I sent a second email on [redacted] notifying that the trees had lost their leaves and requested that warranty be honored. I got an email back 2 days later on [redacted] stating the warranty was only good for 30 days for trees and shrubs. I replied immediately reminding the company that the trees were installed on [redacted] per the invoice. I recieved a second email stating that they could not help me as I over watered the trees. I responded a 2nd time stating I followed all instructions given to me at the time of install. I also stated that I have treated all 5 trees equally but yet 2 of the 5 have not thrived. I have not recieved any further response.
