She does need to pay her bill, and she locked her self into one of my tow trucks and I had to call the police on her to removedOur policy is if you have full coverage insurance the insurance company would take car of this issueShe just needs to pay her bill, and she can have all her items as long as she is the registered owner of the vehicle

Mr [redacted] was arrested by the highway patrol and we towed his carThe state trooper told him where he put his house and valet key (in his car middle console), because he separated them to give us the key fob for the carAt the time of his arrest, he was intoxicated or on drugs, so we do not believe he remembered the situationHe came to us about it, and he had everything in his car when he picked it upWe never removed either key out of his car, and only had the key fob, which we gave back to him when he picked it up

This letter is in response to your complaint filed from [redacted] Complaint # [redacted] .To start response the date of senrice was December 17, not 12/16/2016, and was during the Saturday we had oneof the worst ice storms in several years, the complainant, called A-One Towing Dispatch and asked for a winch out for acar that was in the ditch, which his response is correct the hill on this road was too icy to navigate so my driver walked tothe vehicle down the hill to check the situation, upon reaching the vehicle my driver was confident he could drive thevehicle out of the ditch into a driveway (safe location) with engine running, upon getting back to the tow truck, mydriver called me and advised me of the situation and what he did, at that time my driver called the Township Trustees toadvise them of the road conditions the trustees said they would get to the road as soon as possible as all roads wereterrible, at that time my driver called [redacted] that was at the other end of the road and could not reach the stepdaughter due to road conditions, and advised him what he did and where she was with engine running and that hecalled the township and they would do the road as soon as they could at that time my driver got a credit card paymentand cleared, as to there was nothing more my driver could doAlso (note) customer called for a winch out not a Tow.Car did not need towed it was drivable, just poor road conditions kept vehicle from being able to get out of area that shedrove it to.Also when customer called me to complain, over hours later the road was still impossible for my driver to reach her forover hoursWhen car was safe in a drivewayWhat customer forgot to mention in this complaint is that when I, JerryS***, Owner of A-One Towing returned her call , I myself a working owner, had been out for over hours myself in theIce Storm, I listened to her issues during her explanation of my driver walking to the car, getting the car out of the ditch,into a driveway and off of the road, was satisfactory, she told me she knew my driver & he was a piece of [redacted] as anindividual, so at that point, I may have seemed rude, but the only reason I seemed rude was because she realized that A-OneTowing was not refunding any money for services that we did perform, so she said I was rude, and as of the baddecisions statementWhen I told her she shouldn't have been out in one of the worst ice storms in years, she advisedme that the vehicle had no heater and bald tires, which has nothing to do with services we performed, or was called todoBut ultimately it was a bad personal decision to drive in these conditions with these particular vehicle issues, A-OneTowing has been in business for over years with locations and over trucks and we strive to provide professionalservices to all customers and to respond to all complaints that are reasonableAlso I am providing our GPS times of thiscall to show response times of this call and why I tried co explain that its flat rate based an time's, also as we discussedthe situation the customer stated times that the cost of the services wasn't the issue, it was the driver leaving her, Istated that she was in driveway in the vehicle with engine & heat on, that's when I was advised that the heater didn'twork, then I advised her there was nothing we could do about that, she stated that now, money was the issue I talkedto female individuals for several minutes trying to explain services & then was hung up on (RUDE)Also, after that Iwas called 7:30pm, the caller ID showed [redacted] Phone number ###-###-####, threatening that we messed withthe wrong people and that they would bash us on social media and other actions in the publicI hope this explains thesituation in detail as I do not want any unhappy customers, but we have to be paid for services performed to stay inbusiness and available with good equipment, good employees, insurance and all other things that come with operating abusinessAs far as an apology, she should call my employee, which she said she knows personally and apologize to himfor calling him a piece of ***, as far as my employee Tim goes, he is a great employee that works every day and loves hisjob, which is obvious as to him walking all the way to the car to help herThe best way he could, I am proud to have himas an EmployeeI am also glad he didn't take our Brand new Freightliner Rollback down the hill that we justpurchased in October for $128,and possibly crash it or hurt himself or someone else or a customer.Sincerely,Jerry HS***Owner

My daughter-in-law, *** *** ran off the road on 12/due to extreme icy conditions Her step-father called a tow company, A-One When they finally arrived it was too icy (and on a hill) according to the driver, Tim to try pull her out with the tow-truck He got into her vehicle and drove it out of the situation and into a driveway of a home He told her he would be right back (went to his truck), to ensure she got safely out of the area Instead he never returned, and charged her step-father's card $!!! Again, he did NOT tow her When she called A-One to discuss the charge and the fact he left her, the owner, Jerry was extremely rude to her He told her she should have used common sense and not been out on the road Told her she was irresponsible, and would not refund any of the charge as it was a flat rate The young lady is a home health care aide who was trying to get to an elderly client She did not have the luxury to call off work Regardless, she should n
