Review: 1) Ashes were interred at [redacted], ** on April **,2014. . Original deed was presented to Cemetery business office for interment and stone inscription by A. Ottavino Memorial Studios, also in[redacted]. The original deed was returned to me.

2) On May**, 2014, the [redacted],**) funeral home asked for the original deed again for the stone inscription. It was sent by registered mail to Ottavino and picked up on June[redacted].

3) On August**, I contacted [redacted] for follow-up; the stone had not yet been inscribed. A month later, I again contacted the funeral home and it was suggested that I contact Ottavino directly.

4) I called Ottavino around Oct. [redacted] and spoke to the office manager (it is a one-woman operation, the office is busy, no time to get to the post office, lots of paperwork for registered mail). I was assured that the stone had been inscribed in early September; she would return the deed and a picture and was planning to go to the post office to register the accumulated paperwork (38 pieces of mail) later that week. I noted Oct. ** as the approximate date of notification.

5) I called the funeral home for follow-up on Oct.**. The deed had not been mailed and the funeral home suggested I follow up directly.

6) I called on Nov.[redacted]; the 38 pieces of mail (including my deed) were still in the Ottavino office. After a brief conversation with office manager who would TRY to get to the Post Office before the holidays (Thanksgiving), I felt that I needed to take formal action. I have been patient, but am anxious to get the original deed back as quickly as possible. (Since the family is out-of-state, there is no way to pick up the deed).

7) I would appreciate you assistance in the matter.Desired Settlement: Return of original deed to funeral home to directy to me by regustered mail ASAP.
