A & P Appliance Repair

Good morning to you! Is there any way to add to a complaint? These A & P repair people were suppose to be here wed to fix the problemI took the entire day off work they called and hour and half past there appointment time said they were broke down They then text me and said the part wouldnt be in until friday......not sure which it was but seems awful funny they are ordering a part when they havent showed up to figure out what is wrong with it??

My about year old Frigidaire/Electrolux refrigerator, which was under an extended warranty, had an intermittent problem that needed repair I called Electrolux and they authorized parts and service repair, and they set me up with A & P Appliance The technician came out on a Monday and said the defrost system needed to be replaced On Tuesday they called and said someone could come out tomorrow to fix it between and At 1:on Wednesday I called A&P and they said they must have gotten confused, it was supposed to be Thursday On Thusday morning they called and said the van broke down and the tech would be late Later they called and cancelled altogether and re-scheduled for Saturday to Saturday, about one o clock, the tech shows up He works for a couple of hours Then he says it's just about done, but there's another matter that we have to take care of He said Electrolux takes days to months to pay him and he needs to paid today He demanded $to finish the job I told him I didn't owe a penny because Electrolux had authorized payment for parts and services He said he needed his money today or he was going to take my refrigerator apart and get his parts back He hadn't finished putting the freezer drawer back in but I told him to get out of the house He refused at first and I called the police My husband stepped in and strongly told him to leave, which he finally did after suggesting that we hadn't seen the last of him I don't know yet if my refrigerator is actually fixed or not
