Review: I placed an per-order item on AP collectibles website, and the estimated date on the webside at the time I place the order was July 2013. However, last week I sent am email to their customer service and asked about the item, they told me the date was changed to Sep 2013, which was too late for me. So I sent email and ask them to cancel my order and give me full refund. Since then, they never reply my email nor refund my money. I have been sent 3 emails about the same issue, non of them get a reply. This is a very bad online shopping experience.Desired Settlement: Full refund to my paypal account

Mr. ** placed an order on our website on 6/26/13 for the action figure as stated in his inquiry. The original release of this item was scheduled for July 2013 however the item's release date was pushed back from the original date to September 2013 from the manufacturer. As this is a fairly common practice for toy/collectible manufacturers, we clearly state in our terms & conditions page that "AP Collectibles is not responsible for manufacturer delays or allocations."

We responded to Mr. **'s inquiry the following Monday as we typically do email inquiries received after business hours on Friday (we are closed Saturday it Sunday).

In our response, we advised Mr. ** that per our terms & conditions, we typically do not allow cancellations and especially not this close to the arrival date of an item. We also advised Mr. ** that normally a 10% cancellation fee would apply (also per our terms & conditions) but that we would be willing to waive this fee in this situation and issue a full refund.

Mr. ** responded via email threatening to contact the Revdex.com and to advise people via social media of his displeasure after we offered to issue his refund in full.

Once we responded yet again to his claim, he apologized and admitted to not reading his email correctly.

Me.[redacted] purchase was fully refunded the following week within our 7-10 day refund policy (also per our terms & conditions).
