Review: I took my Samsung TV in on 12/**/2013 for repair. I described exactly what is was doing and I wrote it down on their form. They called a few days later said it was fixed. I took it home and it had exactly the same problem. I called AP Elec. and told them it was not fixed and I took it back in on 1/*/2014. I explained it was still doing the same thing when trying to start up. I showed [redacted] (employee) a video of the TV having the problem and left it again for repair. He called a few days later and said it was fixed. When I got it home it still did exactly the same thing. I called AP ELEC. told [redacted] the TV was still broken and asked for a reufnd of $373.43 cash that I paid on 12/**/2014. He said to bring the TV back in again (3rd time). I took it in again on 1/**/2014 and asked for a refund and to speak to the owner, [redacted] said she was not there. I left the TV with him to fix again. When they called that it was fixed, I picked it up again. When I turned it on it still was broken. 1/**/14 I called and asked to speak to the owner. [redacted] told me to hold, she would come to the phone. After waiting for 10 min she never came and didn't return my call. On 1/** My husband and I went to AP ELEC and asked to speak with the owner for a refund, [redacted] said she was in Mexico and couldn't be reached. 1/**/14 I called AP ELEC and asked to speak to the owner for a refund, he said she was not there. I have all the receipts and documentation, written by [redacted] stating the multiple attempts to fix it. I have numerous videos of the TV not working on days throughout this problem but I don't see how to attach a video. If requested, I will attempt to send.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $373.43 cash so that I can take the TV somewhere else to have it repaired correctly.

Im sorry for the delay of my response, but I have been ill and haven’t had a

chance to respond. Concerning the issue of the complaint we told the client we

would refund the money. I need the client to bring in the T.V for the last time

so my technician can remove the parts that were installed and not working so I

can also get a refund or a replacement for it from where I purchase

them. We had offer the client to pick up the T.V from their home and take

it back, but they didn’t want to.Please let me know if you need anything else

from me.

Review: I took my 50 inch plasma screen to AP Electronics in May 2014 after it stopped working. I called them a couple of days later and received $325 estimate to repair it. I agreed to let them repair it. Two weeks later it was not repaired. During that period I called a few times and either could not get through and left messages. The calls were never returned.I finally went to the store and stood over the technician as he put my TV back together. It wasn't working quite right so he wanted to keep it one more day. No calls to let me know it was ready. Three days later on June 3, I went back to the store and was told the unit was fixed. I paid what was owed and took it home. It was still not working right so I took it back to the store to have them look at it again.It is August 20 now and I still don't have my TV. I have called a half dozen times and visited the store a half dozen times. The store owner is rarely there and when she is there she is pleasant but completely worthless. The technician is always rude and unwilling to talk to me or commit to a delivery date.They gave me a loaner 40 inch TV in the middle of June. A few weeks ago we agreed that they would put the TV back together in the working state they originally gave it to me on June 3 and I would keep their loaner TV. All I get are excuses and promises that they will call me when it is ready. I don't believe any of it anymore.I went back in yesterday and today to ask when I would get the TV back and the technician is just plain rude. Today he told me he was wasting his time talking to me because it is just keeping him from getting his work done. The owner was not there, I think she is in Mexico and left the technician to run the place.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back for the TV they are holding hostage and I will keep the loaner they gave me. They can keep the TV.OrI would like to get the TV back in the working state they originally gave it to me on June 3 and I will keep the loaner. (We agreed to this)OrI get the TV back in the working state they originally gave it to me on June 3. They refund my money. I return the loaner TV.

DEAR Revdex.com, I AM THE OWNER OF AP ELECTRONICS AND I FEEL VERY OFFENDED FOR THE LACK OF EDUCATION FROM THIS COSTUMER, WE KNEW IT WILL TAKE TIME TO FIND THE ORIGINAL PARTS FOR HIS TV, THAT IS WHY WE LOANED A NICE TV FOR HIS USE WHY WE FINISH THE JOB, WE ARE NOT TAKING HIS TV HOSTAGE ( THOUGH THAT WORD APPLY TO PEOPLE ONLY)) ANYWAY, WE GOT THE PART SHIPPED YESTERDAY AND SHOULD ARRIVE TOMORROW OR THE NEXT DAY. AS SOON THE TV IS READY WE WILL CALL HIM AND ASK TO BRING OUR LOANER TV, AND HE CAN TAKE HIS REPAIRED TV WITH 90 DAY WARRANTY, OUR WARRANTY COVERS REPAIRS OF WHAT WE REPAIR PREVIOUSLY , NOT NEW OR DIFFERENT PROBLEMS, OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE MONEY BACK, OR A FREE TV IN ADDITION TO HIS TV HE HAS PAID FOR REPAIRS. CUSTOMER WILL GET HIS TV BACK THIS SAME WEEK AND WE WILL CLAIM OUR LOANER TV BACK AS WELL.
