welcome letter that he saw the mins on the paperpercent of the clients we bring to branson do not do a timeshare presentation they do a travel club presentation which is mins in length had mr *** not have gotten out of hand with my reservationist I would have never have had to get on the phone I was not rude I handled it in a very professional manner mr *** felt the need to over talk rather than listen so I never got the chance to explain to him that he would be doing the travel club presentation and not the time share that we send a basic welcome letter to cover all bases we have not failed to provide the service we agreed upon and will not refund package on this basis mr *** still has a package to use until it reaches its expiration he can feel free to contact our office at any given time to set his arrival dates and he will receive all services as promised
