I am rejecting this response because:My contract w/ American Home Shield covered the cost of the permit, labor, new furnace, removal and disposal of the old furnacethe duct test looked very suspectAll vents and hall return vent were sealed with masking tape.They after my check hit Johns hand they left so fast they didn't even remove the tape from all the ventsI'm still waiting for papers showing that Duct Test passed and permit to call for inspection to complete job
