I have been renting through APR real estate inc for over a year nowThe staff are incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessionalAny time we have called the office with concerns, the receptionist is completely out of line with her demeanor and treats us like we are incompetentThey hired a tenant for groundskeeper and he is outside of our bedroom window at all hours of the night peaking through our windowI've had him look through our window whilst I was changing my clothesWhen we expressed our concern with APR they told us that it was okay that he was outside of our window during late hours because he is "security"There are supposed to be security cameras up around the apartment complex with the monitor hooked up in his apartmentOur privacy is being violated and the company is not protecting their tenantsBefore this new groundskeeper, my husband and I took care of the grounds so we are familiar with the description of the positionWe were unjustly let go of our positionThe owner, Vincent, is very rude and has hung the phone up mid conversation when we brought up some concerns regarding the condition of the buildingsThe upper part of the building is held up with decayed wood, and a postIt is not secured properlyOne kick to the post would cause the upper part of the apartment building to collapse, potentially harming and/or killing a tenant either upstairs or downstairsWe've had enough of the stresses this so called company has brought upon usWe will be contacting an attorney to pursue a lawsuit
