In response to the complaint filed, I must confess confusion that one of our
Clients does not believe we have any paid employeesIn addition to the Broker of our office, there are two licensed agents, one of whom is at the office days a weekOur regular business hours are between 9am-3pm Monday through FridayBecause we are a small office, we are often on the phone already when a call comes in, or have obligations outside of the office as property managersFor this reason, we provide our cell numbers, email, and fax number to all of our Clients, and we check messages on our office machine regularlyAll of these avenues of communication have been given to each of our ClientsWe have not had trouble receiving messages or faxes from any other customer or vendor, and we believe it may come down to a miscommunication of our fax numberWe have since clarified what our correct fax number is, We did not receive any faxes in our office, which is on 24-to receive incoming faxes, nor did we receive any emails or recorded messages-l was made aware that our Client had not received his tax paperwork when he placed a call to the tax accountant, and she placed a call to usThe situation has been remedied by mailing out the requested paperwork, and clarifying our contact information with this particular ClientWe urge any and all with a complaint to double check their contact conformation, and to try all avenues of communication before resorting to a formal complaintWe hope this matter has been resolved to the satisfaction of all

Without this schedule I have an incomplete Tax Return.
