They have continued to take payments out of my account. After phoning them(in Feb 2014), I was directed to send an email or letter to the head office cancelling the contract. My first email was Feb 25th cancelling my contract. Also I mailed a letter in March to the Calgary office. Also have have sent numerous emails after that.
