We hired *** *** of A+ Painting and Power Washing to paint our living room, dining room, hallway and all the trim It was a big job and to add to his work I have a puppy that he'd take the time to let outside! He handled all our needs and did some extra painting (not on the proposal) at no charge His work was done very well and with respect to our belongings He also went out of his way to help us move furniture before and then came back to help us restore the areas after the job was finished This was the second time I've hired ***, this spring he power washed my entire townhouse and painted the metal porch roof and all the shutters He also preformed this service for many of my neighbors including the president of our homeowners association *** ***

The driveway has been fraught with...
problems and unexpected results that have caused delays and a mediocre result.
Weather has been an issue including heat and rain. I looked at the weather forecast and the radar to determine if I could paint. We had two clear days prior and I painted. I knew more rain was to follow and therefore put a heavy coat down in order to avoid waiting again. My thinking was flawed since it rained 6 hours later.
After the rain I returned on at least 8 times with information from [redacted] the product manufacturer and [redacted]. I applied [redacted] the solvent for the paint at the advice of both of these companies. I asked the customer to split the cost by paying for the [redacted] and she refused. I painted the [redacted] looking for improvement and the driveway looked worse.
At this point I contacted the [redacted] rep who consulted with his boss on the driveway situation. His options where to let the driveway weather for some time and then prepare it and repaint it, and to strip all the old paint off the driveway with paint stripper, prepare it, and paint it.
I choose the weathering option because I wanted to see how the driveway reacted through use and time before stripping down to another coat of paint that had been applied by someone else.
The other paint was there and another product was improperly used by the homeowner who put a [redacted] texture latex on top of an oil based finish. This product can never be used as water will not adhere to oil. The homeowners avenue that time was to blame the product and con her way into [redacted] providing her with free stripper. This in my recollection all goes into my loss of trust for this customer and her tactics
