Review: I initially contacted A-Pak Paving on 23 Mar 2014 via a contact form on their website. I needed them to come out and give me an estimate to repair my driveway. I received an email from [redacted] on 23 Mar and it ended up that I was told they would be able to come on a Thursday to check out my driveway. No one ever showed. I recontacted [redacted] via phone and she stated she would give me a call back. I have not heard from A-Pak via phone or email since. I understand that a company may pick and choose who they do business with, but it's not good business to leave someone hanging with no explanation. I want to document my experience for the record since they chose to ignore my request.Desired Settlement: I can't get away with this type of thing at my job. If you could not come out for the appointment, you should have stated so upfront and I would have looked elsewhere.
