To whom this may concern, This customer did partake in contract work with our company. The client fully paid for this and was from our knowledge satisfied with this job. She took on an additional contract for weekly maintenance. After the initial signing and work on 5/**/16, she sent in a letter on...
July [redacted] in which we never received and kindly asked for her to send another when she called. She then sent another letter to cancel on August *, 2016, we canceled her maintenance. Per our contract, we can cancel or the customer can cancel at any time but it must be in writing - could be in any form of writing even an email. We took her off August [redacted] and billed her for July. We had no knowledge that she was unhappy with our services, and are sorry to hear this. We want this customer to be completely satisfied and we hope that if she ever needed us in the future she would do work with us. We have written the below letter to her and we have cleared the account of any balances. We hope that this helps alleviate the situation! We truly take pride in customer satisfaction.
