I am rejecting this response because: I do not have the receipt. I was assured that my demographic I formation would stay in your system, and upon any defective issues, exchanges and or refunds, all I had to provide was my phone number. When I called your business couple of weeks ago I was told that no exchange or refunds would be issued because you do not offer any kind of warranty. (When I purchased the part I was told and promised it was a lifetime warranty. I have purchased another part elsewhere since you declined exchange or refund on the defective part I purchased from you. I feel your sale was dishonest and the way you conduct business is unacceptable  and a profound lack of integrity
