A Peaceful Pet

I re-ordered [redacted] dog food for my dog (who has a liver condition). [redacted] at Peaceful Pet assured that is was sent out last week. Here we are over a week and I still have not received the food. I spoke with her yesterday and her response to me was "I DON'T CONTROL THE POSTAL SERVICE." It doesn't take a week to get the food here. She is located in Houston and I am in a suburb of Houston, called Katy. It only takes a couple of days to get here. I told her I was running out of the food and I really needed it. My dog has liver issues and can't just eat any dog food. He has been on [redacted] dog food for about 2 years and usually devours it. The last bags I ordered were processed different and he did not like the taste of it. I called [redacted] manufacturer and they confirmed that the dog food was processed differently for [redacted] and they had gotten other complaints. I called [redacted] and told her this information. She said she had to wait to get a credit before she would send me out more food. I told her I only had a little bit left and I was desperate for it. I still have not received it as of today, [redacted]. The mail has been delivered and NOTHING. I am furious with [redacted] in how she has handled this problem. I advised her that I would no longer be using her services. I can't trust her any longer. I need someone who is reliable!
