The customer placed an order on [redacted] for Wedding Aisle Runner StakesThese are plastic stakes used to hold down an aisle runner for outdoor weddingsAfter receiving the order, the customer contacted me saying that she wanted to exchange the stakes for a aisle runnerI explained that we don't manufacture or sell aisle runners, we only manufacture & sell aisle runner stakesI could not exchange it for a product we don't have.I told her I would be happy to exchange them for another style of stakes, but we don't offer refundsOur non-refund policy is clearly stated on our website & on our [redacted] listings.Our listings also state that you are purchasing "Aisle Runner Stakes"This is what is also stated on the customers receiptOur listings clearly show our products, as well as photos showing how to use our products.The customer then contacted me via messaging service on [redacted] & asked again to have the item exchanged for an aisle runnerI again explained that we don't sell aisle runners & I couldn't exchange for an item we don't carry.She then filed a claim with [redacted] stating the same thing & wanting a refund[redacted] denied her claim & my company prevailed in the claim outcomeNo refund was deemed due by [redacted] The customer is now getting on social media blasting our company, saying that our customer service is rude & unprofessional & slandering our products.The customer is clearly being vengeful & hateful, spreading hateful comments about our customer service & trying to cause trouble for my company, A Perfect AisleI would like to request that her complaint with the Revdex.com be denied based on the fact that it holds no meritI am the owner & only employee of my company & I have been professional & courteous to a customer that has been very maliciousThe customer made a mistake & since she didn't get her way, she's trying to discredit us & cause as much trouble for APA as she can

Review: This company was extremely rude and would not help me when I made an honest mistake when placing an order. They refused to offer a refund or exchange and I was stuck with a product I don't need!Their prices for cheap plastic are much too high and the plastic stakes are breakable so totally useless.Desired Settlement: I would like my $25.44 I paid for this horrible product refunded to me.
