Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They have the shoes they sent me regardless of what they claim about the size being different and they have my and I too have shipping charges were I had to send back both pairs of shoes at my expenseI ask for the original refund after they kept my returned shoes a week without even contacting me and then after I requested refund they came alive and blamed it on a long weekend holidayIf they have the shoes and money and won't offer full refund then they are liars and thievesBottom line Regards, [redacted] ***

Our customer ordered shoes through ***, and we sent the shoes that were ordered (in size 4E)The customer said the shoes were short so we sent size 4E at no charge and free shipping (before we even got the return)The customer then returned size 4E to usAt that time, the customer
contacted *** and their credit card company to reverse the charge (and keep the size 4E shoes)We responded that the customer is not entitled to a refund because the shoes had not been returned yetThe credit card company reversed the provisional credit they had givenThe customer then returned the same shoes to us (in size 2E)Despite the size not being the same, we figured the shoes had the same value so we contacted *** and instructed them to refund the customerThe customer then contacted us to say that *** wouldn't refund him since he had previously requested the refund, and they wouldn't process it a second timeWe spent about two hours trying to convince *** to refund him, without successAt that point, the customer started to get abusive, calling us names like liars and fraud, and so we told him that we would be happy to assist him but not while he was cursing at us and threatening usCustomer continued to be abusiveHis bank contacted us and we told them what happened, and apparently they refused to refund himAs customer decided to remain abusive and antagonistic despite our efforts, we stopped trying to assist himIt's called KarmaCustomer tried to cheat usHe tried to get a refund and keep the shoesDespite the customer's efforts to refund his credit card and keep the shoes, he only wound up cheating himselfIn this matter, we had to pay *** a $commission on this sale, and only received $We have also spent $in shippingYou can verify the extensive conference call we had with the customer and *** attempting to assist him, the *** case number is case ***We spoke to the customer to try to assist him but at this point, he got so abusive that we closed the case

Regarding this complaint from [redacted], the complainant has apologized for his behavior and has now been fully refunded his purchase price of $99.95.

We are stunned!  We have never done business with this customer or sold the product that she says she never received.  (I have already sent an email with a copy of the conversation with [redacted] verifying that the customer has the wrong Seller.)Ms. [redacted] shopped on [redacted]. ...

Apparently a third party seller was given the order.  She ordered a product which WE DON'T SELL.We have never had any business with [redacted] of Milwaukee, WI.  We have never received an order or payment from her and she obviously is listing the wrong seller.  We wrote to her directly to ask her to send a copy of her original order confirmation.We also think that before the Revdex.com contacts a seller, you ought to request a copy of the original order confirmation so you can make sure you are contacting the correct seller.  In this case you relied on the word of the customer, and as a result you have falsely and scurrilously accused us of something we had nothing to do with.We'll accept your apology when your investigation is concluded. (or if I'm wrong about this, you can accept my apology!)

I ask for the original refund after they kept my returned shoes a week without even contacting me and then after I requested refund they came alive and blamed it on a long weekend holiday. If they have the shoes and money and won't offer full refund then they are liars and thieves. Bottom line.
