I had a leaky faucet that was draining the hot water tank and so A-Perfect Plumbing was recommended to me. I spoke to Rita in the office and she had 2 nice gentlemen out within an hour. They fixed the problem for a reasonable fee (I felt it was fair) and they told me that at some point in the near future I would probably have to replace the fixtures and pipes as there was a lot of corrosion. , but for now the rebuild should hold just fine. I appreciated that they did not try to take advantage of my plumbing ignorance and tell me I needed to replace everything right now. They were fast and courteous. I would definitely trust and use this company for any future plumbing needs! Seana

TEchnician came out on a service call & once at my home, he wouldn't look at anything until he rec'd the $75 fee. After I paid the $75, he decided to tell me about additional upcharges that was not revealed in the call. He called the office & the person on the other line continued to add additonal charges. They called my warranty company to see if they would pick up the additional charges, so they tried to pass off the charges to me. In the process they attempted to strong arm me saying I either pay the fees or else.When I refused to pay the additional charges the office person became very rude and abruptly told the technician to leave my home.I need a basic install.
