On September 9, 2012, I successfully placed an order with APerfectShirt.com through a personal tailor who came to my home, took measurements and completed the sale. I was promised delivery of my products, valued at $1,769.95 within 6-8 weeks. As that time period passed, I contacted the customer service department, which informed me that due to some issues they were slightly behind, but that I would have my products within by the end of January 2013. In February 2013, I again contacted the company, and was this time informed that they had a change in management and would be sending me a new measuring kit so I could measure myself to ensure that the products would still fit. By April 2013 I still had not received the measuring kit, and I called again, this time speaking with a woman named [redacted]. She gave me a combination of the stories I had heard before and asked me to call her back in 2 weeks. Since that time, whenever I call the business I receive a voicemail greeting system which does not take messages, and which puts me in a "loop" when I select any of the options from the menu, thereby rendering it impossible to speak with a human. It has been nearly 9 months since my order was completely placed.
