Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/07/30) */ No money will be refunded as we did the job that was requested and it was done correctly This vehicle failed the smog and was told to take it to a repair shop for a diagnosticThen he got mad because he said that he was a master mechanic and started yelling and cussing saying we don't know what we where doingHe was told to leave by [redacted] because he was upsetting other customersThen he told [redacted] that he was going to sue him, [redacted] told him to get out of the shop and he was welcome to file a complaint The customer contacted the shop on Monday left a message in which I returned an hour later He came across very polite at first saying that [redacted] is rude and says that [redacted] told him he don't give "S" said he wont say the word cause he don't cuss [redacted] Said he did a pretested at home at it passedThat right after we done the test he took it else where and it passedI looked up the smog history and he didn't get it retested after that(still to this day has not been retested) I asked him how he did a pretest at home without a smog machine (which is the only way to measure Nox gas) When I explain to him that the test was done correctly and that he would have to take it in to a license Mechanic to get a diagnosisHis attitude quickly changed and his voice started getting more louderHe again stated that he is a Master Tech and that I'm implying that he cant fix his carI told him No that's not what I'm sayingThen he said and I quote " Listen hear [redacted] if I don't like the out come of this phone call and your compensation to me I will file a complaint with the BAR, The Revdex.com and write a scathing review on Yelp" I told him you can't threaten me to illegally pass [redacted] car for you not to make a complaintI told him he was welcome to make a complaintAt this point he was really swearing at me and said how is making a complaint a threatI said sir let me repeat back to you what you said, in which I did"If I don't like the out come of this phone call and your compensation to me I will file a complaint with the BAR, The Revdex.com and write a scathing review on Yelp" he then screamed at me " Will you shut the [redacted] up, Will you Shut the [redacted] up, Will you Shut the [redacted] up ***At this Point one of the other Managers heard as it was on speaker he got the phone and said "Hey [redacted] what's wrong with you, don't talk to women that wayThen [redacted] hung up I received a letter from the Bar that he has filed a complaint but that the matter was Closed after their phone call with themThey told him that his complaint had no merit as the test was done correctly Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 12, 2015/08/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Above, the respondent stated"Then he got mad because he said that he was a master mechanic and started yelling and cussing saying we don't know what we where doingHe was told to leave by [redacted] because he was upsetting other customersThen he told [redacted] that he was going to sue him" THIS IS A LIEI neither swore at [redacted] , nor did I threaten to sue him (see my original complaint - my wife is also a witness) The respondent then said"Then he said and I quote " Listen hear [redacted] if I don't like the out come of this phone call and your compensation to me I will file a complaint with the BAR, The Revdex.com and write a scathing review on Yelp" I told him you can't threaten me to illegally pass [redacted] car for you not to make a complaintI told him he was welcome to make a complaintAt this point he was really swearing at me and said how is making a complaint a threat." First of all, if the "***" insinuates that I swore at her, then she is again lyingI did say that if I was not satisfied with the outcome of the phone call that I would file a Revdex.com, BAR and Yelp review reflecting the BAD SERVICE I received at this facilityShe (***) then began yelling at me that I was threatening herI never threatened herI told her that I was not happy and that if she did not satisfy my complaint (an apology for [redacted] 's violent temper and abusive language would have sufficed, and I told her that, that I would carry out my consumer right to report bad serviceI NEVER asked for an illegal testThis woman is a bold faced liar all the way with her response Furthermore, when the respondent says"At this Point one of the other Managers heard as it was on speaker he got the phone and said "Hey [redacted] what's wrong with you, don't talk to women that wayThen [redacted] hung up." It is another complete and total lieI only spoke with ***, no one else was at any time any part of the conversationAs I stated in my original complaint, and perhaps the only truth in ***'s response, is that I hung up on her, and as I originally stated, I did so because SHE became belligerent with meThis "Other Manager" is fictitious and fraudulent, not unlike ***'s entire response to the original complaintThis woman is delusional

and started yelling and cussing saying we don't know what we where doing. He was told to leave by [redacted] because he was upsetting other customers. Then he told [redacted] that he was going to sue him, [redacted] told him to get out of the shop and he was welcome to file a complaint.

Furthermore, when the respondent says... It is another complete and total lie. I only spoke with [redacted], no one else was at any time any part of the conversation. As I stated in my original complaint, and perhaps the only truth in [redacted]'s response, is that I hung up on her, and as I originally stated, I did so because SHE became belligerent with me. This "Other Manager" is fictitious and fraudulent, not unlike [redacted]'s entire response to the original complaint. This woman is delusional.
