Review: I placed an order 5/**/15 and never received the samples I ordered. I sent 3 emails to follow up with the company but never got a response I sent one from there website, [redacted] site and an email to [redacted] and failed to receive a response but was charged for the order via [redacted].

Review: On two separate occasion I have purchased an item through their website and they have failed to send me what I paid for. The first time I emailed them twice about the order and received no response. I had to initiate a dispute through [redacted] to get my money back. The second time, thinking they would have improved, I placed an order again to get the same result. They sent an email saying the item was shipped but I never received it. Both times NO TRACKIING INFORMATION was provided. No response to the voicemail I left or my email inquiry. Coincidence? or a scam?Desired Settlement: Ideally? I want this business shut down because they are so terrible.

Review: My daughter purchased perfume online as a gift for her sister. It cost $65.00. The perfume was not the scent her sister liked so we went to exchange it for another. We have sent multiple emails and [redacted] message with no response from the company. This is an expensive gift and would like to be able to exchange it for another .

SDesired Settlement: I would like the company to contact us and let us know how we can proceed so we can exchange this perfume for another or receive our money back.

Review: I ordered perfume in Aug 2014. Was told that it would talk two weeks after I paid. I said fine. Sept 2014 I receive a notice (email) that the order shipped (more than a month later). After weeks, I email for a tracking number since I have not received the product. The email is returned as "failed email", "undelivered". I then go to the website and send a message through the contact page, several times, about once a week, probably less. I have yet to receive any reply. Finally asked for a refund today. It has been more than two months since the initial order placement. The non-existent replies sealed the deal for me.Desired Settlement: Perfume I ordered (of course) or a refund. One or the other, and some type of explanation. I saved up to purchase the item and love it but don't have the money to just throw away.......$65.00 is a lot of money to me.
