We provided man hours of professional house cleaning serviceWhen we received the initial complaint we offered to have a crew come to the property that day to correct any issues with the cleaningWe also offered to replace the broken blind and are awaiting a receipt for the purchase of the new blindWe will return key immediately

Hired the company to do a cleaning of our house
Here are the problems:
The crew was hours late
A custom wood blind in the powder room was broken
The shower in the masterbath looks like it was just wiped down, not actually cleaned
The shower doors were not cleaned
The oven door was not cleaned
The range top was cleaned with a stainless steel cleaner, not a range top cleaner
The refrigerator doors were not completely cleaned
The foyer was not mopped
I have requested two times that the key to my house be returned
The company offered to re-clean the house and refund us for the blindI indicated that the job was done so poorly that we were not interested in using them again
