I am rejecting this response because:That is COMPLETE LIE. You have come once after initial partial install and that was months after you leftYou apologized and promised to come finish the job. And I once again thought I could trust youBig mistakeThere were no alarms ever and you know it. And if you can have GAF state the warranty is still good with portions of roofing not being adhered to the roof than I would be happyBut they won't do that and you know itSo it needs to be fixedAnd your statements about black v white being an issue you know is also not trueYes I wish I had gotten white but I stated right away that was my mistake and only a comment not a complaintI can send anyone who wants them all the emails related to everything.

The rebate has nothing to do with our company This is a $rebate that comes direct from the manufacturer We did register this for the customer, but we can't do anything further The customer needs to verify their military history with GafWe don't have any of their military

that is not true. I cannot find anyone to install screen for 90 (not 70) feet of screens. If this was a shingle roof that would be true but for this roofing I cannot find anyone. He has repeatedly promised me for 10 months he was going to do finish the job. He obviously lied and had no intention fo doing so. Also wrong about the roof. Yes there are no leaks YET but the roofing is not adhere to the roof. It was critical to me to have a warranty. I have sent GAF pictures and they say there is no warranty since the roofing is not applied properly. And more of the roofing is not adhered to the roof. It is mind boggling how he can lie and not just do what he as paid to do. And not even have the courtesy to return calls or emails and be honest about what he intends.
The roof and gutters were completed as promised. We didn't have enough leaf screens on the truck so we told him to hold back $500 which is more than enough to have someone else install them. There are only 70 ft of gutter which means his leaf screens should be around $280. There are no leaks...
and nothing is wrong with his roof. We gave him the choice of either coating the new roof with white or black asphalt. He choose the black coating and then complained after the fact that he didn't like the black coating. We told him several times to have someone else install the screens and keep the difference.
Retained the services of [redacted] on 6/3/13 for bat removal/prevention to our home. He installed a one-way bat door in our roof line and was to return in a week to remove it. He never returned. I called him twice and each time he said that he had a list of several people he needed to take care of and that he would be out to our home. He never showed up, and it has now been over 5 months. Now when trying to call him at the phone number listed on the receipt and his website, I just get messages saying that the phone number is not accepting calls or that the mailbox is full. When trying to send an email to the address listed on his website, it comes back as undeliverable.
