A Photo Illusion

A Photo Illusion is the best photography studio ever. I have had two friends of mine contact them for their wedding and they were satisfied with the work and how fast the pictures were delivered. I had went with them to the wedding presentation and it was absolutely beautiful. We had tears of joy the whole time. And when the big day had finally arrived it was spectacular. You could tell that the photographers loved their job. When you looked at them they were always smiling. They were in such a great mood and introduced themselves to everyone there. They knew what they were doing and the made the wedding more joyful. Within a month or two of handing in the wedding album form the album was in the hands of my friends. This company has brought tears of joy to my friends, my family and I. I cannot wait to book them for my wedding next year.

The business was hired as my wedding photographer for May 1, 2009. The photos were taken and some of the agreed services were provided, however I have yet to receive the final wedding album. We have several emails documenting out reach and attempt to resolve the matter. My husband went to the business, texted, emailed, and called the business attempting to get answers with no resolve. The business owner told us in Feb 2012 that he was struggling to keep his doors open yet his website shows new bridal parties and expanded services now offered by the photographer. Now, the business simply doesn't return any of our calls, emails, etc.
