A Piano Tuner Reviews (1)

[redacted], with Able Piano Mover's, moved my piano on 1/21/2014. He seemed like a nice guy and he offered a $10 discount if I paid him to come back and tune my piano. I paid $169 to move the piano and an extra $109 for the tuning and received a $10 discount. The total bill was $268 including the piano moving and the future tuning. One week after the move I called them to setup a time to tune my piano and I left a message. After a few days of not receiving a call back I called again and left two more messages using two different numbers for the company. I also sent two emails, one on Feb 9th and one on Feb 12th and did not receive a response. After not being able to communicate with the company, I filed a chargeback about a month later. But the bank was unable to credit the $109 back to my card because "I did not have proof that the tuning was not completed". However, there is also no proof that it WAS tuned and my bank was unable to talk to anyone from the company.
