A Piece of History

Last August of 2019 The Janesvile Gazette advertised a woodworker making General Motors Historical Clocks out of wood from the offices. My wife ordered one on August 19 2019 the check was made out for 85.00 dollars and cashed. Time went by 1, 2 , 3 months I contacted the *** and explained, they gave me the Clockmakers name and phone number. I called several times, and left messages. No response. Finally he answered and said he had trouble getting the clock itself.I made contact with him 2 more times, same story more excuses, china ect, ect, ChristmasNews Years and then some time has passed. He wont answer the phone, return messages. It has now been 8 months and counting. I NEED HELP PLEASE
