Review: I have been waiting for [redacted] to complete 4 cement sidewalk blocks on our property for over a year now (since April 2012) I paid for the job in full and the work was partly completed, but he did not replace the 4 blocks in question. I have placed multiple phones calls and text messages. Mr [redacted] advised me on numerous occasions that he would finish the job but has not. I have saved messages from him indicating he would complete the job. I can also provide copy of the check he cashed. He advised me to put black x marks on the pieces of sidewalk to be replaced, which I have done.Desired Settlement: replace the 4 concrete sidewalk pieces as promised. I do not like having to involve the Revdex.com in this matter but feel that I do not have any other alternative.

Review: Mr. [redacted] started the construction of a patio with an outdoor kitchen almost a year ago(August 2012) and as of today I cannot get a date on when he will return to complete the job. He has left me with an unfinished patio missing caps and the installation of the lights on each of the 5 columns, stears out of the house and from the upper level to the lower level of the patio ware build/put together for temporary use, but most importantly he has not delivered the material ([redacted]outdoor kitchen) and all the appliance (barbeque, refrigerator, sink and faucet) and the installation of same with gas and plumbing.Desired Settlement: I would like the job to be finished, or a restitution in the amount of $ 26,000.00 that represent the second installment for the material and service that he has not delivered and performed.

Review: We Hired Pizza Construction to do our roof. He took payment of $4500.00 for the first deposit and said he lost the check. I issued him a new one and went to cancel the first check at the bank only to find our he cashed both. He has not responded to my phone calls and I gave him a week to pay me back. I have yet to hear from him and my roof is still not fixed..Desired Settlement: $4500.00

Review: Contractor failed to hook up heating system to bathroom. Numerous other problems - failure to abide by contract. started job for a half bath over 18 months ago. Failed to provide proper color on vinyl siding, failed to match shingle color. Failed to complet electrical hook up.Desired Settlement: Hook up the heat to that of the house.
