A PLACE TO TAN

I have used this business for several years. Recently they have made it very difficult to communicate issues. I had to call 4 times to get an issue handled and to date it still has not been settled. Manager refused to acknowledge my attempts to make contact. Finally after a week plus the manager finally called back and was very rude and actually argued about when I made my first attempt to make contact...no apologies... she just displayed a very unprofessional, bad attitude. I want people to know that they need to be careful because the employees hands are tied and they are unable to help with the smallest issues. You must deal with a manager who apparently according to her staff doesn't have a set schedule and just pops in and out randomly.
