We had come out to service this customer , she was very difficult we did exactly what needed to be done .. Caulking and regrouting two bathrooms. Besides resetting two toilets. We were there for several hours there was a verbal estimate given...

for 675.00 ,customer seemed alright with this. We had advised the customer not to use the bathrooms as far as showering or use of any water ot cleaning supplies. When she called the next day saying the caulk was messed up. I sent my worker to inspect this and she had wet it even admited she showered , and that she cleaned the bathrooms
We actually did the caulking around her sinks free extra work. It was never on the list of things that needed to be done. When my worker had told her , we told her not to mess with it and that's why the caulk was messed up , she began yelling at my worker. She told him he needed to hurry up she had a guest coming . He asked her to calm down , that he was simply letting her know it wasn't our fault the caulk messed up , it was from her using the shower sinks etc. Wetting it we even saw dog fur in the caulk . She had texted me saying my worker yelled at her . So I sent her a gift card she claims she never got. Before all this she kept complaining about the price, so I gave her a 100.00 off to begin with. So the job was 575.00 .. She texted me a month later at almost midnight saying one of the toilets was leaking , I offered to send someone to see if this was from our work, she refused and just kept demanding a refund . She said she was getting an emergency plumber that night , she demanded a full refund , I said well let me send someone , because last time she accused us of not doing our job, it was because she didn't follow our instructions. She kept saying she would go to the Revdex.com yelp attorneys general of she didn't get a refund by the next day. I told her you have to give us a chance to see what's going on there she wouldn't she kept up about her refund. Next morning she texted she just had a plumber come by that morning and it's our fault . I asked for a copy of the receipt she refused to let me see it .

I honestly feel she was trying to pull the whool over my eyes, but I tried to work with her which is hard to do when she refused to do so leaving me to believe she was unhappy to begin with having to pay the 575.00 she wasn't happy with the money back .. She wouldn't work with us and she wasn't honest to begin with . An emergency plumber isn't in the morning, I offered to come back month later fix the issue, I wanted to see if it was from us, since like I mentioned before she had said we didn't do our job and then to find out because she didn't follow our instructions..

I was never given a verbal estimate nor the required documentation against fraud that is mandated through the Attorney General. As you can see from other customer complaints to Revdex.com, yelp and other forums, I encourage you to investigate the authenticity of the Plumbing licenses to their employees. Their handwritten receipt details a "guarantee" of their work. While the receipt is handwritten and unprofessional for a business, the guarantee claims to last 10 years. Their negligent work didn't even last one month and required actual licensed professionals to fix their work at my expense.
