On October 25, 2013, a+ plumbing and heating came to our residence in order to repair a zone valve issue in our heating system. There diagnostic of the situation stated that they needed to install a new zone valve in order to fix our problem. They charged us to replace the zone valve. We paid them for the zone valve, labor, and an additional diagnostic of the problem. We later find out that they did not replace the zone valve they only installed the motor component. We paid them to perform a service that they left incomplete. They also charged us for an additional diagnostic that was not necessary of they would have replaced the zone valve system correctly. We tried to communicate with them for three- four days now in order to solve the situation. They do not answer any phone calls, even during their hours of operation, they also do not reply to any voice messages that we have left. To date they have not contacted us, we also still have our problem in the heating system.
