A Plus Academy

So I applied for title xx state assisted child care 3/22 and I enrolled my son into this child center on 4/4 but it takes 30 days to process so I paid $125 so my son could attend, and I was told by both [redacted] a worker there and by my title xx case worker my $125 goes toward my copay whn title xx became approved for 3/23/XXXX -X/23/2013 with a co pay of $66/mth. Now the daycare closed with less than 2hr notice to me due to eviction and they refuse to give me my $59 for May back to me and usually when you are evicted you know at least 30 to 45 days in advice so at the time I enrolled they already knew they where facing eviction then the Director [redacted] who is very rude and I found out from another daycare worker that [redacted] knew when she took the job they had no money to begin with and then began to scam title xx parents into cash knowing they state was paying to cover the cost. they basically have gotten double payment and now do not want to refund my $59 that I have to pay to the nexy daycare provider to keep myh son since I only had 1 day to find a new one. I shouldnt have to pay 2 daycares for they same month when one is no longer caring for my son while I work. And according to any title xx certified center are required to give at least 10days notice to give working parents time to find child care.
