Review: A+ Appliance repair was called to service a home warranty contact (American Home Services) on our dishwasher Apr 17, 2015. They said that the dishwasher racks needed to be replaced, and would be sent out soon. I paid them the $75 copay for the visit, but have not received the dishwasher racks despite many calls and many promises.

Each time I call, they say that they are "still trying to get the parts" and "they are on back order" and "I was just working on this when you called" and "we'll get to it soon."

These are just standard racks for a popular dishwasher.

I have given up hope that they will ever deliver the racks without some additional proding.Desired Settlement: I just want the racks delivered, per their promises.

I have made a repair request through my [redacted] home warranty for my cook top to be repaired on 11/5/2014. The cook top has not been repair yet (10 months later) our numerous calls and complaints has not been going anywhere. They tell us that the parts are suppose to be shipped from overseas but why hasn't been shipped by air. Every time we call they assure us the parts will arrive in few days. Yesterday they schedualled to come from 8 am to noon but no one showed up.Desired Settlement: I need to get the cooktop fixed my Tennant are getting very angry and frustrated. They are getting fed up by this company's business practice
